Market Drayton is in North Shropshire, off the A53 Shrewsbury to Newcastle-Under-Lyme Road. Travelling time by car from the M6 Junction 15 is around 20 minutes. Regular bus services connect to Market Drayton from all nearby towns. 

 

The Shropshire Union canal passes through the town, and the nearest moorings are 10 minutes walk away.

 

St. Mary’s Church is located on Church Street, just a short walk from the centre of Market Drayton. The church tower can be seen from many places within the town - find St. Mary’s Street opposite the Clive and Coffyne Pub and follow it to discover the church at the end.
